Selections for Friday 21st November 2014

I wrote an article for my eletter on this subject, focussing on Banker Bets and showing you how we can profit from them.

I’ll list some apparent “bankers” in this post, and time permitting, will try to do this daily. I try to look for 1.1 odds or higher. The goal is to win back your initial stake and bank that immediately, then play on, banking profits every £10 or so.

This is not a strategy where I’m trying to create the biggest odds returns. I want a “banker”, a bet which is obvious.

Yesterday

Nothing yesterday at all. Later in the morning, Independiente in Ecuador became a banker bet as they were 1.35 pre match and at 0-0, their opponents got a red card. Independiente won 1-0. I only knew about this as I had a touch of insomnia!! Do watch out for any bankers which reveal themselves during the day

 Today

19:30 UK Metz v Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) – 1.33 away – this is the only match of interest today. The problem is that PSG are score drawing away from home, but they do remain unbeaten this season. In Metz, there might be a glimmer of hope for PSG today as the home side have failed to score in 4 of their last 5 matches ( BUT 3 of those were away matches).

If Metz do not score, PSG are likely to score as they have scored in their last 10 matches, ergo an away win. PSG must end their drawing sequence away from home and soon as they are leaking points. A hope that is today. Not a super strong banker bet is it? But faith in metz not hitting Le Onion Bag again.
