In some instances members have encountered ‘Oops’ pages when navigating certain pages despite being logged in.
This is rare but if it has happened to you, don’t panic!
Here’s what to do in 3 steps:
1. Log out – You can find the orange ‘logout’ link in the navigation bar on the right hand side.
2. Clear your cache memory – Don’t worry if you don’t know what that means, it’s a simple process.

3. Now try logging in again – This should have fixed the problem.
