Don’t worry, there’s a simple way to fix this!
Underneath the log in boxes is a little link that says: “Lost Your Password”.
It looks like this:
All you have to do is click this, then follow the instructions and you’ll be emailed a link which will allow you to reset your password.
Please note…
– This email will be sent to the email address your ordered/registered with so please enter this one otherwise it won’t be able to locate you.
– If you don’t receive your email in your normal inbox please check your spam/junk folder. In the age of overzealous spam filters, sometimes the password reset email can be found in here!
If you’re still having trouble, as a last resort you can call our lovely customer service team who will be able to manually override this process and set you up with a new password. They are called TCO and can be contacted on 020 8597 0181.
